Information Technology Project Coordinator

IT Project Co-ordinator - Dubai/UAEWe are seeking an IT Project Coordinator / Change Analyst to join our client's SAP team. In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to drive organizational readiness, facilitate end-user adoption, and support the successful rollout of large-scale IT and enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in developing and executing change management plans for enterprise system initiatives. Liaise with local SMEs and project teams to assess and document change impacts.Help identify key stakeholders across business units and IT. Draft and distribute project updates, newsletters, and presentation materials to keep stakeholders aligned.Coordinate workshops, training sessions, and user enablement materials to ensure smooth onboarding for end users.Assist Project Managers in tracking key milestones, monitoring adoption metrics, and flagging potential risks or resistance.Qualifications & RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, or a related field.Experience: 3 - 5+ years of experience in project coordination or change management, with exposure to IT transformations or ERP implementations (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills. Proven ability to engage stakeholders across different functional areas.Certifications (Preferred): Prosci, ACMP, or CAPM/PMP certifications are a strong plus.Should you fit the bill please apply today!
