Project Coordinator (Banking/Enterprise Systems)Work Onsite at Leading International Bank (HCMC)Company: TOPPA SolutionsClient: Leading International BankWork Location: Onsite – Ho Chi Minh CityPosition Level: Project CoordinatorOverviewTOPPA Solutions is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project delivery activities for our client, a leading international financial institution based in Ho Chi Minh City.The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to coordinate project activities, monitor progress, manage documentation, and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Delivery SupportSupport Project Manager in planning, tracking, and coordinating project activities.Monitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.Follow up with project team members on action items and ensure tasks are completed as planned.Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Development, Infrastructure, QA, and external vendors.Meeting & Communication ManagementOrganize and facilitate project meetings including:Kick-off meetingsWeekly status meetingsRequirement discussionsUAT/SIT meetingsStakeholder reviewsPrepare meeting agendas, record Minutes of Meeting (MoM), and track action items.Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to the Project Manager and stakeholders.Project Documentation ManagementPrepare and maintain project documentation, including:Project plans and schedulesStatus reports and project dashboardsRisk and issue logsChange request logsMeeting minutes and action trackersRAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)Risk & Issue CoordinationProactively identify project risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate them to the Project Manager.Track mitigation actions and follow up with responsible parties.Support change request management and project governance activities.Testing & Release CoordinationCoordinate SIT/UAT activities with Business Users and Technical Teams.Track testing progress, defects, and issue resolution.Support release planning and deployment readiness activities across environments (Dev, SIT, UAT, Production).Reporting & Continuous ImprovementPrepare weekly and monthly project reports.Maintain project trackers and dashboards.Support process improvement initiatives and recommend better coordination practices.Mandatory Requirements2 ~ 5 years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO, Business Analysis, or Software Project Delivery.Experience working in software development projects or technology-related projects.Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.Good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Experience preparing project documentation and project reports.Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and follow-up capability.Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).Thanks & Best regards,---------TOPPA SOLUTIONS - 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻Email: hr@toppa.vnPhone: (+84) 901 862 865Website: https://toppa.vn/LinkedIn: https://lnkd.in/gxbPEr5DAddress:Office 1: Amazing Center Bldg, 51 Yen The Str, Tan Son Hoa Ward, HCM, Vietnam Office 2: 2.9 Bldg, 168-170 XVNT, Hoa Cuong Nam, Da Nang City, VietnamJapan Office: Ichihara Office, 〒290-0062 Chiba-ken, Ichihara-shi, Yawata 961, Japan
