Team members collaborate closely with clients to optimize performance, security, and usability across diverse digital workplaces.Role Description The Information Technology Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves coordinating project activities, tracking timelines and deliverables, and supporting project managers with documentation, reporting, and stakeholder updates. The Project Coordinator will assist in gathering technical requirements, organizing meetings, preparing status reports, and ensuring project tasks are completed according to plan and quality standards. Day-to-day responsibilities include liaising with internal IT teams and external partners, monitoring risks and issues, maintaining project tools and dashboards, and helping streamline communication among all project participants.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Project Coordination and Project Management skills, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking deliverables.Candidates should possess foundational Information Technology knowledge and the ability to work effectively with technical teams and tools.Candidates should possess excellent Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and stakeholder engagement.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify issues, and support problem-solving.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience working on IT or digital transformation projects, preferably in an enterprise or consulting environment.Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Jira, BigTime, HaloPSA, MS Project, or similar) and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, collaboration platforms).Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.Flexibility to work in North American Time zone as needed.
