Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe are seeking an Information Technology Project Coordinator to join one of our clients in Makkah.The successful candidate will support the Project Manager in the daily coordination and administration of an IT and digital program, ensuring effective stakeholder follow-up and maintaining project plans, records, documentation, and reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily with stakeholders and follow up on project requirements, decisions, data, system access, workshops, and logistical arrangements.
- Maintain the integrated project plan, risk and dependency registers, action trackers, and project records.
- Monitor pending actions and escalate potential delays to the Project Manager.
- Prepare inputs for weekly status reports and steering committee presentations.
- Organize workshops and project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and circulate action items within the required timelines.
- Manage project documentation, version control, review cycles, approval records, and deliverable trackers.
- Support resource planning, team schedules, onboarding, system access, and project tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or Project Management Specialist within IT or digital projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project, or equivalent project planning tools.
- Strong project coordination, documentation, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional proficiency in Arabic and English.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Makkah.
- Availability to join immediately.
Preferred Qualifications
- CAPM or PRINCE2 Foundation certification.
- Experience in public-sector or large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools.
