Information Technology Project Coordinator - KSA Riyadh

Project Planning & Coordination: Assist project managers in developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations.Schedule Management: Track project timelines, monitor progress against plans, and escalate delays or risks.Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and status updates with project teams and stakeholders.Documentation Management: Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes, action logs, risk registers, and change records.Reporting: Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and progress updates for management and customers.Risk & Issue Tracking :Monitor project risks and issues, maintain logs, and follow up on mitigation actions.Resource Coordination: Coordinate project resources and support resource planning activities.Change Management Support: Assist in documenting and tracking project change requests and approvals.Financial Tracking: Support budget monitoring, purchase requests, invoicing coordination, and cost tracking.Quality Assurance Support: Ensure project deliverables comply with agreed standards, processes, and governance requirements.Project Plan: Detailed project schedule, milestones, dependencies, and timelines.Status Reports Weekly or monthly project progress reports.Meeting Minutes: Documentation of meetings, decisions, action items, and owners.Action Tracker: Log of open actions and follow-up activities.Risk Register: Documented project risks, impact assessments, and mitigation plans.Issue Log: Tracking of project issues and resolution status.Change Request Log: Record of submitted and approved project changes.Resource Plan: Resource allocation and utilization reports.Project Dashboard: KPI and progress reporting dashboard.Project Closure Report: Final project summary, lessons learned, and completion documentation.Bachelor Degree in BA or Computer science or related field3-5 years of experienceExperience supporting multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience in IT, digital transformation, infrastructure, or business projects is preferredFocus is on Bilingual candidates and Saudization.
