IT PROJECT MANAGER – AI & TECHNOLOGY📍 Location: Dubai, UAE💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-SiteAbout the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with strong AI exposure to lead and deliver technology projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, technical understanding and the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering and senior leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver multiple IT and technology projects from initiation to completion.Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resources and budgets.Manage cross-functional teams, stakeholders, vendors and external partners.Identify and manage project risks, dependencies and technical challenges.Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.Lead or coordinate AI, automation and emerging technology projects.Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve business processes and products.Track project KPIs, performance and business outcomes.Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management.Support projects involving blockchain, Web3 and crypto technologies where applicable.Requirements5–8 years of IT Project Management experience.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.Strong experience managing multiple technical projects.Practical understanding of AI technologies, AI tools, automation and emerging technologies.Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello or similar.Strong stakeholder, vendor and risk management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Blockchain/Web3/Crypto experience is an advantage.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification is preferred.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is proactive, technology-focused, commercially aware and highly delivery-oriented, with genuine interest in AI and emerging technologies.
