Project Manager – Digital & Technology | Reef GroupPosition Title: Project Manager – Digital & TechnologyLocation: Saudi ArabiaJob Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Digital & Technology to manage, plan, and execute digital transformation and technology projects, ensuring successful delivery within the approved scope, timeline, and budget.The role will coordinate with business departments, technology teams, and vendors while managing project risks and dependencies to ensure project objectives are achieved and support the company's direction toward automation, operational efficiency, and improved user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesManage digital transformation and technology projects from requirements assessment through launch and final delivery.Develop project plans and define scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and required resources.Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into clear, measurable, and actionable execution plans.Coordinate with relevant departments to understand business needs and define project priorities and requirements.Prepare and monitor project schedules and ensure adherence to approved milestones and timelines.Monitor execution with Application, Infrastructure, Data, Cybersecurity, and Technical Support teams according to project requirements.Manage relationships with vendors and technology companies and monitor delivery, scope, and contractual commitments.Monitor project budgets and costs and control any variances or changes affecting the approved budget.Identify project risks, assess their impact, and develop and monitor mitigation plans.Manage change requests and assess their impact on scope, time, and cost before submitting them for approval.Monitor dependencies between projects, systems, and departments and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner.Lead regular project meetings and follow up on actions, decisions, responsibilities, and deadlines.Prepare periodic project status reports covering progress, challenges, risks, and key updates for relevant management.Ensure proper documentation of business requirements, decisions, approvals, changes, and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinate with business and technology teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and follow up on issues before launch.Ensure readiness of launch, operational, training, and support plans before transitioning to the production environment.Monitor system or digital solution performance after launch and ensure issues are addressed during the stabilization period.Ensure projects comply with technology governance, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and approved policies.Measure project outcomes and benefits against predefined objectives and success indicators.Document project lessons learned and use them to improve future project management methodologies and practices.Other ResponsibilitiesPerform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the direct manager or their delegate.Required QualificationsEducationBachelor's degree in Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field.Required CompetenciesKnowledge of traditional and agile project management methodologies.Ability to manage project scope, time, cost, and quality.Strong project risk and dependency management skills.Strong requirements and change management skills.Good understanding of the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).Required TrainingProfessional Project Management (PMP).Agile Project Management.Scrum Methodology.Digital and Technology Project Management.Project Risk Management.Why Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing organization where you will play a key role in delivering digital transformation and technology initiatives.
