Information Technology Project Manager

We foster a culture based on trust, proximity, continuous growth, and sustainable success.We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Engineering Delivery Lead to join an international environment, leading software development teams and driving the successful delivery of complex technology projects.If you are passionate about technical leadership, delivery excellence, and building high-performing teams, this opportunity is for you.What you need to join us:Proven experience as a Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Delivery Manager, or Technical Lead;Strong technical background in Software Engineering and Software Development Lifecycle;Experience leading development teams in complex environments;Solid understanding of Software Architecture and System Design;Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines;Knowledge of Testing, Quality Assurance, and Engineering Best Practices;Experience performing code reviews and providing technical guidance to development teams;Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery frameworks;Experience in team leadership, coaching, mentoring, recruitment, and onboarding;Strong delivery focus with the ability to manage priorities, risks, and dependencies;Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for innovation;Interest and practical exposure to emerging technologies, including GenAI initiatives;Hands-on attitude and ability to perform in demanding environments;Previous experience in Information Technology (mandatory);English C1 (mandatory);French C1 (mandatory).Nice to have:Banking or Financial Services experience;Exposure to Basel frameworks and regulatory environments;Experience working with distributed and international teams;Experience driving engineering maturity and software delivery transformation initiatives.

Location: 📍 Lisbon, PortugalWorking Model:🏠 Hybrid (50% on-site)Your challenge:Lead multidisciplinary software development teams and ensure successful project delivery;Act as a technical reference for engineering teams across design, development, DevOps, and quality practices;Support architectural decisions and technology strategy;Drive engineering excellence, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives;Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions;Manage project planning, delivery milestones, risks, and stakeholder expectations;Coach and mentor team members, supporting their professional growth;Promote collaboration between technical and business teams;Contribute to innovation initiatives and adoption of modern engineering practices;Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance.What we offer
