The successful candidate will manage a variety of SaaS, PaaS, Data Warehouse and Data Analytics projects from initiation through completion while ensuring compliance with ICE governance, security, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Systems Lifecycle Management (SLM) requirements. This role partners with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, technical teams, and Senior Executive Service (SES) Government stakeholders to deliver successful technology initiatives using Agile and Hybrid methodologies.YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESLead IT projects through the full project lifecycle, developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource plans.Apply Agile and Hybrid project management methodologies to meet customer and mission objectives.Partner with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and technical teams to prioritize work and manage Jira activities.Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.Provide executive briefings and presentations to Government leadership and C-suite stakeholders.Collaborate across Government, contractor, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise architecture, quality assurance, software development, and business organizations.Support projects involving SaaS and PaaS platforms and enterprise cloud technologies.Ensure compliance with ICE governance processes, SDLC, ITSM, SLM, ATT, ATO, ITSR, and required project documentation.Drive quality, resolve resource constraints, and promote continuous improvement.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.7+ years’ experience, minimum 5 years managing Federal IT projects.Experience leading Agile and Hybrid technology projects.Experience with at least two of the following technologies: Palantir, ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Apps, data warehouses, and data analytics tools.Experience with SDLC, ITSM, SaaS, PaaS, and enterprise cloud environments.Experience presenting to executive leadership and C-suite stakeholders.Excellent presentation, communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.Expert knowledge of Jira and Agile project management best practices, including backlog governance, sprint management, workflow optimization, and executive reporting.Experience utilizing Confluence, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams to enable enterprise collaboration, project documentation, knowledge management, and stakeholder engagement.Proven experience functioning as a Scrum Master, coaching Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement while supporting successful project delivery.Knowledge of Federal or DHS governance processes, including ATT, ATO, ITSR, and SLM.NICE TO HAVESExperience supporting DHS or ICE Programs.PMP and/or Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe).Experience with enterprise digital transformation or cloud modernization initiatives.Clearance: U.S. Citizen; Active DHS Clearance, DoD Top Secret Clearance, or Q-level Clearance.WHY INDEVInnovative Environment: Join a team that thrives on creativity and innovation, where your ideas are not only heard but encouraged.Meaningful Impact: Contribute to projects that directly impact federal agencies, driving positive change on a national scale.Dynamic Collaboration: Work alongside diverse experts who are passionate about pushing boundaries and making a difference.Agile Mindset: Embrace Agile methodologies that encourage flexibility, adaptability, and rapid growth.Learning Culture: Enjoy ongoing learning opportunities and professional development to expand your skill set.Cutting-edge Tech: Engage with the latest technologies and tools in the data integration landscape.If you’re ready to embark on a journey of innovation, collaboration, and impact, InDev welcomes you to join our team.
