Information Technology Sales Manager

Role Description The Information Technology Sales Manager role at Brains Valley Company is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The role involves managing the full sales cycle for IT solutions, including identifying prospects, qualifying leads, delivering product presentations, and closing deals. The Information Technology Sales Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions to client needs, and negotiate contracts that align with company objectives. This role also includes monitoring market trends, preparing sales forecasts and reports, and contributing to sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. The manager will be expected to mentor sales team members, ensure consistent follow-up with clients, and uphold high standards of customer service and ethical conduct.Qualifications Strong IT Sales experience with a proven track record in solution-based sellingLead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline development, and opportunity qualificationAccount Management skills focused on relationship building, client retention, and upsellingSolid understanding of Information Technology concepts, products, and servicesSales expertise in negotiation, closing techniques, and performance against targetsBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in Riyadh and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teamsExperience with CRM tools and data-driven sales reportingFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
