Information Technology Specialist

Job Purpose The role of a Specialist-IT to provide technical leadership in the development, customization, integration, and support of Yardi Voyager and related applications. The role ensures smooth system operations, accurate reporting, automated workflows and optimized data processes for commercial, residential, facilities & maintenance, procurement and financial modules. By effectively translating business requirements into robust technical solutions, the position strengthens strategic decision-making, improves operational efficiency, and drives continuous system enhancement.Key Results Areas Build and maintain Yardi Analytics/YSR reports, Automations and BI dashboards.Ensure smooth system functioning, timely ticket resolution, and user satisfaction.Enhance business processes through workflow re-design and automation.Gather requirements, validate solutions, and support UAT and deployment.Manage Yardi configurations, environment stability, and DR testing.Implement enhancements, optimize reports, and improve system performance.Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesDevelop Yardi Analytics/YSR/Columnar reports, dashboards, Automations and Integrations.Create and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, Views, ETL workflows, Automations and BI dashboards.Perform workflow modifications and functional configuration based on business needs.Provide support for Yardi modules and integrated applications.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with Yardi product teams.Monitor system performance, diagnose root causes, and implement sustainable fixes.Execute data migration activities, data validation, and import/export through ETL.Maintain data accuracy through scheduled checks and automated processes.Lead requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.Prepare technical specification documents and solution design architecture.Support UAT cycles, track issues, and ensure successful production rollout.Manage Yardi environments and configurations.Conduct Disaster Recovery (DR) testing and ensure compliance.Provide training sessions to end-users and prepare user guides.Create documentation for enhancements, workflows, and technical processes.Background Knowledge & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.Professional QualificationsPreferred certifications in Yardi Voyager Modules, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BIAdditional training in Real Estate applications is added advantage.Work Experience 8–12+ years of hands-on experience in Yardi Voyager development and support, Real estate management systems.Strong experience in SQL/SSRS/YSR report writing.Automation and ETL processes, task automation and Integration.Workflow configuration and functional support.Strong UAE property management experience to support business.Special Skills / Attributes/Competencies required for the JobStrong knowledge of Yardi Voyager modules (Residential, Commercial, Financials, Facilities & Maintenance).Advanced SQL, reporting, API integration, ETL, and data analysis skillsExpertise in data modelling, DAX, and Power BI.Analytical thinking, Problem-solving and Root-Cause Analysis.Business requirement understanding and System performance optimization.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Attention to detail and accuracy, team collaboration and independent working ability.Customer-oriented mindset, Documentation and process discipline.
