Using data-driven strategies, the team ensures its services reach the right audience while maintaining a strong emphasis on trust, quality, and long-term client relationships across diverse industries.Role Description The Information Technology Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The specialist will maintain and support the firm’s IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and network devices, ensuring reliable performance and minimal downtime. Daily tasks include monitoring network health, implementing security protocols, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, and coordinating with external vendors when necessary. The role also involves providing technical support to staff, managing user accounts and permissions, performing regular backups, and assisting with the deployment of new systems and applications that support the firm’s legal and digital operations.Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology with hands-on experience in managing IT systems and office hardware/software environments.Proficiency in Network Administration, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of routers, switches, and related infrastructure.Demonstrated ability in Troubleshooting across operating systems, applications, and devices to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, access controls, and data protection measures.Customer Service skills to provide clear, patient, and responsive support to legal and administrative staff with varying technical proficiency.Experience with Windows and/or Linux environments, cloud services, and backup and recovery tools.Relevant technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or equivalent) are preferred.Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and data integrity in a legal environment.
