Job Description – IT Support Engineer (Onsite Validation)Activity DetailsActivity Date: 31 July 2026Reporting Time: 9:00 AM (Local Time)Estimated Duration: 2 HoursSite Details: Manama, BahrainScope of WorkThe onsite engineer will be responsible for performing an onsite validation of the IT equipment and coordinating with the remote support team throughout the activity.The engineer will be required to:Report to the site and obtain the necessary access.Physically verify the assigned IT equipment and confirm asset details.Inspect the overall condition of the devices and identify any visible damage.Verify power, network, and peripheral cable connections.Power on the equipment (if required) and confirm basic hardware functionality.Validate network connectivity and device status under the guidance of the remote support team.Capture clear photographs of the equipment, cabling, asset labels, and installation setup as requested.Report any missing equipment, damaged components, or connectivity issues immediately.Coordinate with the remote support team to complete all validation checks.Obtain confirmation from the remote team before leaving the site.Tools RequiredThe engineer must carry:LaptopMobile phone with internet connectivityBasic toolkit (if required)Engineer RequirementsArrive onsite at the scheduled reporting time.Follow all site safety and security procedures.Maintain communication with the remote support team throughout the activity.Accurately complete all validation tasks and provide supporting photographs.Submit the validation report immediately after the activity is completed.Ensure the site is left in its original condition before departure.
