The company is ISO- and GACA-certified and serves as the exclusive dealer of ResQtec in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.Role Description The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing and monitoring networks, configuring hardware and software, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for internal systems and aviation-related operations. The role involves diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing user support, and documenting IT procedures and incidents. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT solutions, enhance network security, and support system upgrades and integrations. This position requires proactive monitoring, regular maintenance activities, and responsive customer service to internal stakeholders.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Information Technology knowledge and experience managing enterprise IT environments.Candidates should possess Network Administration skills and familiarity with configuring, monitoring, and maintaining network devices and services.Candidates should possess Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.Candidates should possess Network Security skills, including implementing security measures, monitoring for threats, and supporting compliance with relevant standards.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide effective, respectful, and timely technical support to internal users and stakeholders.Relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.Experience with IT operations in aviation, aerospace, or other highly regulated industries is an advantage.Strong communication skills, ability to work on-site in Riyadh, and capacity to collaborate in multicultural, multidisciplinary teams.Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, Security+, CCNA, or similar) are beneficial.
