Role Description The Information Technology Specialist role at Suknai Hotels and Resorts Group is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring hotel and resort IT systems, including networks, servers, user devices, and hotel management applications. Daily tasks include resolving technical issues, performing system updates and backups, ensuring network security protocols are followed, and supporting staff with hardware and software inquiries. The role involves collaborating with hotel operations teams to ensure technology systems support guest services, documenting IT procedures, and coordinating with vendors for equipment and software maintenance. The specialist will also assist in planning and implementing IT improvements to enhance reliability, performance, and data protection.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Information Technology fundamentals and practical experience in hotel, hospitality, or service-oriented environments.Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration and Network Security to manage, monitor, and protect wired and wireless infrastructure.Candidates should possess Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support internal users professionally and communicate technical information clearly.Candidates should possess familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), common business applications, and basic server management.Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Candidates should possess a relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent) are an advantage.Candidates should possess proficiency in English; knowledge
