Information Technology Specialist

Role ObjectivesAs an IT Specialist, I resolve coworkers' IT system and software issues, customize programs to meet user needs, and ensure the continuity and improvement of IT system operations. I connect users to networks, provide initial training, and administer email and other systems. Additionally, I maintain inventory, install wireless networking equipment, and support daily network operations. I prioritize and manage multiple cases, responding promptly to support tickets.Roles & Responsibilities:Resolve all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users’ requirements.Follow the day-to-day operations related to your own jobs in the IT Systems to ensure continuity of work improvement.Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.Administrate E-mail and other Systems.Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.Install and configure wireless networking equipmentSupport the day-to-day operations of a computer network.Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time, responding within agreed time limits to support ticketsREQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS0-2 Years of Experience.Good knowledge of CCNA, MCSA.Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.Hands-on experience with computer networks, Firewalls, Access Points, network installation, administration and troubleshooting.Patience and understanding.High-level communication skills.
