Information Technology Specialist

About the role:Seeking an IT specialist to take care of our regional IT needs; they will be responsible for configuring, installing, testing, maintaining, tuning, or upgrading components; setting up software; assisting with network and hardware administration; and resolving all IT support issues.Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Installing new software and hardware components.Regularly evaluating our IT systems to ensure they meet the necessary demands.Assisting with network administration tasks.Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.Educating coworkers about network security and best practices for computer usage.Supporting the day-to-day operations of our computer networkProfile:Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field.At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant role.Fluent in English, spoken and written.Saudi only.
