Team members are encouraged to contribute ideas that enhance both clinical services and patient experience.Role Description The Information Technology Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Riyadh Region, responsible for supporting and maintaining the center’s IT infrastructure and systems. Daily tasks include installing, configuring, and monitoring hardware, software, and network devices to ensure reliable operation of clinical and administrative systems. The specialist will troubleshoot technical issues, manage user accounts and permissions, and maintain data backups and recovery procedures. The role involves implementing and monitoring network security measures, supporting electronic medical records systems, and responding to staff IT requests in a timely and professional manner. The specialist will also collaborate with management and external vendors on IT improvements, system updates, and technology-related projects to support the center’s growth and compliance requirements.Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology, including operating systems, hardware, and software management.Hands-on experience with Network Administration and basic Network Security practices.Proven Troubleshooting skills for diagnosing and resolving technical issues efficiently.Customer Service orientation, with the ability to support non-technical staff and communicate clearly.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Familiarity with healthcare or clinical environments, electronic medical records, and data privacy standards is an advantage.Ability to work on-site, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate documentation of systems and procedures.Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are beneficial.
