This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, hardware, software, and related systems. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring network performance, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, implementing security measures, and ensuring systems are updated and functioning efficiently. The specialist will provide hands-on technical support to internal teams, respond to user requests, and coordinate with vendors or service providers when needed. The role also involves documenting IT procedures, contributing to technology improvements, and supporting business continuity and data protection initiatives.QualificationsStrong foundation in Information Technology with experience supporting enterprise systems and infrastructure.Network Administration and Network Security skills to configure, manage, and protect LAN/WAN environments.Proficient Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.Customer Service skills to support users, communicate technical information clearly, and build positive relationships with stakeholders.Knowledge of operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux), endpoint management, and basic server administration.Familiarity with cyber security best practices, data backup and recovery, and access control management.Ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CCNA, Microsoft or similar) are an advantage.
