About FloossAL-AN Alkhaligia for Consumer Microfinance Company (Flooss) provides consumer microfinance solutions in Saudi Arabia and operates in the regulated financial sector under the supervision of the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA).We are building a customer-focused, technology-enabled, and well-governed organization, and we are looking for talented professionals who will help shape its next stage of growth.Role PurposeSupport the day-to-day operation of the Company's technology environment by maintaining reliable infrastructure, systems, and end-user services, and contributing to technology projects that support lending operations and digital customer journeys.The IT Specialist will report to the IT Manager and work closely with business users, the Cybersecurity team, and technology vendors.Key Responsibilities1. IT Operations & SupportProvide technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and access-related issues.Log, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) using the IT Service Management (ITSM) tool.Escalate complex issues to the IT Manager or vendors and follow up until resolution.Maintain accurate documentation of systems, configurations, and support procedures.2. Infrastructure & SystemsAdminister and maintain servers, networks, cloud services, and end-user devices.Manage user accounts, access rights, and email and collaboration platforms in line with access control policies.Perform routine system monitoring, backups, and patching, and support Disaster Recovery testing.Maintain the IT asset inventory and software license records.3. Business Applications & ProjectsProvide first and second-line support for core business applications, including the loan management system, onboarding, and collections platforms.Support integrations with external service providers, and assist in troubleshooting data and interface issues.Participate in technology projects, including requirements gathering, testing, Quality Assurance (QA), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) support.Support the preparation of reports and data extracts for business and management needs.4. Security & ComplianceApply cybersecurity controls and policies in daily operations in coordination with the Cybersecurity team.Follow change, incident, and problem management processes.Support internal audits and regulatory examinations by providing evidence and documentation as required.Report suspected security incidents promptly in line with Company procedures.5. Vendors & UsersCoordinate with technology vendors on support tickets, maintenance, and service delivery.Monitor vendor performance against agreed service levels and report issues to the IT Manager.Support user onboarding and offboarding, and provide basic IT training and guidance to employees.Qualifications & ExperienceEducationBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or infrastructure.Experience in financial services, fintech, or consumer finance is preferred.Experience working in a regulated environment is an advantage.Professional CertificationsITIL Foundation preferred.Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA), CompTIA, or relevant cloud certifications are an advantage.Technical SkillsGood knowledge and practical experience in:Windows and Linux server administrationActive Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Exchange, and identity managementNetworking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPN)Cloud platformsBackup, patching, and endpoint managementIT Service Management (ITSM) toolsSQL and basic reportingApplication support and troubleshootingPersonal CompetenciesStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.Customer-service mindset and clear communication.Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.Attention to detail and commitment to documentation and procedures.LanguagesFluent in Arabic and English.NationalitySaudi national
