Information Technology Specialist

Key Duties and Responsibilities :Monitor system operations and coordinate with vendors on system enhancements.Provide technical support and necessary training to users.Liaise with departments to understand their needs and recommend technical improvements to enhance operational efficiency and streamline processes.Required Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.Professional classification with the Saudi Council of Engineers.Required Experience :1-3 Years of experience in systems support; experience with hospital information systems is preferred.
