Information Technology Strategy Manager

Comblack is hiring an IT Strategy & Governance Executive (OCIO)!The role includes organization-wide responsibility for IT planning, control, budgeting, procurement, resources, and governance. Responsibilities include leading annual and multi-year planning processes, developing work plans and budgets, managing portfolios and investments, defining KPIs and control mechanisms, working closely with senior leadership, and managing interfaces with corporate functions, vendors, and strategic partners.What are we looking for?10+ years of professional experience, including at least 8 years of management experience and 4+ years in senior management roles within large and complex organizations as part of a C-Level management team.Proven experience managing a cross-organizational function, Planning & Control, Portfolio Management, or PMO within a large IT organization of more than 300 professionals and multiple concurrent projects.Significant experience developing annual and multi-year work plans, defining objectives and KPIs, and monitoring execution.Experience managing and controlling significant budgets, including forecasting, performance tracking, and variance analysis.Proven experience establishing and leading Governance frameworks, management routines, KPIs, and organizational control processes.Experience working with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and vendors, including managing complex engagements and contracts.At least 2 years of experience managing and controlling vendors and service providers, including budgetsWhy Comblack?Comblack is a company dedicated to creating accurate and meaningful connections between people and the right opportunities.
