Location: Dammam, KSAWe are looking for an experienced IT Supervisor to lead our overall IT function, ensure system scalability, and align technology with our business objectives across all subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities

IT Strategy & Governance: Develop and implement group-wide IT strategies, policies, and standardized processes.Infrastructure & Operations: Oversee networks, servers, cloud systems, and helpdesk/incident management.Systems & Digital Transformation: Manage ERP systems, drive automation, and lead innovative tech initiatives.Cybersecurity & Compliance: Enforce security policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure regulatory audit readiness.Leadership & Budgeting: Supervise IT staff, manage the group IT budget, and negotiate with vendors/service providers.What We’re Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s or certifications like ITIL, PMP, CISSP are a strong plus!)Minimum 6 years of IT experience, including managerial roles (Multi-entity/holding group experience highly preferred)Fluent in both English and ArabicWHAT’S ON OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
