Information Technology Support Engineer

IT Support EngineerKemipex | Dubai, UAEKemipex is looking for a proactive and solution-driven IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations and ensure seamless technology support across the organization. If you're passionate about troubleshooting, infrastructure, and Microsoft 365, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain IT hardware including laptops, desktops, printers, servers, Wi-Fi devices, cameras, and access control systems.Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive), including user accounts, licenses, and device setup.Provide first-level technical support, resolve hardware, software, and network issues, and manage incidents through ManageEngine.Monitor and support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, internet connectivity, and coordinate with telecom providers (Du/Etisalat).Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and ensure accurate hardware tracking.Support onboarding/offboarding, data security, equipment lifecycle management, and user training on IT best practices.RequirementsBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.2+ years of experience in IT support within a corporate environment.Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft 365 administration.Experience with ManageEngine or other IT Service Management (ITSM) tools.Good understanding of networking fundamentals (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset.Join Kemipex and play a key role in supporting a fast-growing global organization through reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations.
