The individual will provide day-to-day technical support for end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Responsibilities include managing help desk tickets, installing and configuring systems, performing routine maintenance, and escalating complex problems when needed. The role also involves monitoring system performance, supporting system administration tasks, documenting solutions, and collaborating with other IT team members to ensure stable and secure IT operations.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to assist end users and resolve daily IT issues.Candidates should possess solid Information Technology and System Administration skills to manage systems, applications, and network environments.Candidates should possess excellent Troubleshooting skills to diagnose, analyze, and fix hardware, software, and connectivity problems efficiently.Candidates should possess good communication and customer service skills to interact clearly with users and document technical solutions.Relevant diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.Experience with Windows, macOS, basic networking, and ticketing systems is beneficial.Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi and collaborate within a diverse, inclusive team environment.
