IT Support Engineer - Permanent Role - London - £25,000 - £32,000We're looking for an IT Support Engineer to join a busy and growing business, providing first-class support to users across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide 1st line IT supportSet up and maintain PCs, Macs, printers, and mobile devicesManage Google Workspace user accounts and permissionsSupport network connectivity and infrastructureMaintain the IT helpdesk and knowledge baseLead onboarding and offboarding activitiesAssist with IT projects and new technology rolloutsManage IT equipment and stock levelsTake ownership of issues through to resolutionWhat We're Looking For2-3 years' experience in IT Support or Service DeskStrong Windows support experienceKnowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS and DHCPExperience with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365Excellent troubleshooting and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology, enjoys problem-solving, and wants exposure to a broad range of IT systems and projects.
