قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجIT Service Desk EngineerJob DescriptionOur client, a well-established organisation, is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Engineer to join their internal IT team on a permanent basis. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support to end users, maintaining core IT infrastructure and ensuring the smooth operation of business-critical systems and services.Job ResponsibilitiesProvide first and second-line technical support for users across multiple business locations, ensuring a high level of customer service.Manage, prioritise and resolve IT Service Desk incidents and service requests within agreed service levels.Support and administer Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Azure Active Directory and Active Directory environments.Configure, deploy and maintain end-user hardware, software and peripheral devices in line with company standards.Administer Microsoft Intune for endpoint management, including device enrolment, configuration and compliance.Support Windows desktop environments, email services, printers and a range of business applications.Assist with the administration of SharePoint Online, OneDrive and collaboration platforms.Produce and maintain technical documentation, user guides and operational procedures.Install, configure and support specialist software applications as required by the business.Manage mobile device provisioning and support across iOS and Android platforms.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance IT processes, documentation and user experience.Assist with backup administration and support the maintenance of business continuity processes where required.Experience RequiredMinimum of 3 years' experience in an IT Service Desk, Desktop Support or IT Support Engineer role.Strong experience supporting Microsoft Windows desktop environments.Hands-on administration experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Hybrid environments desirable).Experience administering Microsoft Intune and managing endpoint devices.Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online and Office applications.Experience supporting SharePoint Online and OneDrive.Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking fundamentals, including IP addressing and basic network troubleshooting.Experience supporting hardware, software, printers and end-user devices.Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills with the ability to support both technical and non-technical users.Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests effectively.Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation.Desirable SkillsMicrosoft Azure certifications or other relevant Microsoft certifications.Knowledge of data backup and recovery technologies.Experience with PowerShell scripting and task automation.Exposure to project delivery and IT change initiatives.Familiarity with IT service management best practices such as ITIL.Experience supporting mobile device management solutions.Understanding of cloud technologies and modern workplace solutions.Experience working within a multi-site or international business environment.Educational RequirementsThird-level qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.Relevant Microsoft or industry certifications would be advantageous.Working Hours & BenefitsPermanent, full-time position.Monday to Friday working week.Salary. €43-47k per annum (DOE)Annual leave entitlement.Pension scheme.Professional development and training opportunities.Opportunity to work with modern Microsoft technologies.Supportive and collaborative working environment.HOW TO APPLYIf you are interested in this role, please apply with your updated CV
