Job Description

We are looking for a Desktop Service Engineer to provide day-to-day technical support to end users and ensure smooth operation of desktops, laptops, peripherals, and workplace IT services.

Key Responsibilities

Provide L1/L2 desktop and laptop support to end users.Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.Install, configure, and maintain Windows desktops/laptops and applications.Support users with Microsoft Office 365, Outlook, Teams, and other business applications.Troubleshoot printers, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and other peripherals.Perform software installation, configuration, patching, and basic system maintenance.Handle user account, password, and access-related issues in coordination with the relevant teams.Log, track, update, and resolve incidents through an IT Service Management / ticketing system.Escalate complex issues to the appropriate infrastructure, network, security, or application teams.Maintain IT asset records and assist with desktop/laptop deployment and replacement.Provide onsite/remote technical assistance and ensure timely resolution of user issues.Follow IT support procedures, SLA requirements, and security best practices.WHAT'S AN OFFERYou will be remunerated with an excellent base salary and entitled to attractive company benefits.
