Location: Dubai (Maritime City)Employment Type: Full-timeExperience Required: 3-5 YearsReporting to: Head of ITJob Summary:We are looking for Highly Motivated Onsite IT Support Executive with 3-5 years of experience to provide hands-on technical support for day-to-day IT operations.

The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user issues, ensuring smooth IT operations across the company.NXTL (Next Level Solutions) is a Cybersecurity & managed IT and security provider. We are looking for an IT Support engineer to join the managed IT services department. This is a hands-on support role, not a management role. If you like fixing things fast, keeping users calm under pressure and closing the loop properly, this is for you. We need an energetic individual that is sharp enough to understand the issue and manage client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1st and 2nd line Onsite IT support, responding to user requests and troubleshooting IT issues. Set up and configure new computers, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Support Office 365, Windows Server, Tally software, and other cloud applications.Troubleshoot network issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN, and VPN connectivity.Maintain printers, hardware, and IT peripherals, ensuring they function correctly.Assist with basic Windows Server tasks, including user account management and system updates.Install and update software and security patches as needed.Provide basic IT training and support to users on common issues.Required Skills & Experience:3-5 years of experience in IT support/helpdesk roles.Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS MAC OS, and general IT troubleshooting.Familiarity with Tally software (training can be provided).Understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft Azure / Intune / Jumpcloud / Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.Experience with printers, hardware setup, and IT device maintenance.Expert level in laptop/PC assembly, reformatting, imaging, hardware component diagnostics, and peripherals.Good communication skills and ability to support non-technical users.Nice to have:CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Certified (preferred but not required).Experience with Mac OS X and cloud applications is a plus.Experience with an RMM/PSA platform (SuperOps, NinjaOne, Datto or similar).Worked in an MSP setup previouslyDriver license + Own Car is a plus
