Key Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 IT support to users for hardware, software, network and system-related issues.Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems and IT peripherals.Manage Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, user accounts and access-related issues.Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN and connectivity issues.Install, configure and maintain IT hardware, software and applications.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.1–5 years of relevant IT Support experience.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking and IT hardware.
