Information Technology Support Engineer (UAEN)

We are looking for a qualified and motivated Information Technology Support Engineer (UAEN) to join our IT team.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, and IT-related issues.Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and effective manner.Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.Support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and other business applications.Assist with user account management, access permissions, password resets, and system access.Troubleshoot basic network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and connectivity issues.Record, track, and manage IT support requests through the designated ticketing system.Maintain IT asset records and ensure proper documentation of IT equipment and services.Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate IT teams or external service providers.Ensure compliance with IT security policies, procedures, and organizational standards.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and common IT applications.Basic understanding of networking concepts and troubleshooting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong customer-service orientation and ability to work effectively with users at all levels.
