Hiring | Level 2 Technical Coordinator | SydneyLocation: Frenchs Forest, Northern Beaches, SydneyDuration: 12 Months (High possibility of extension)We're looking for an experienced Level 2 Technical Coordinator to support large-scale technology.This is an exciting opportunity to work on a nationwide rollout, coordinating device deployments, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring every site is fully configured, tested, and operational.Key Responsibilities:✅ Coordinate post-installation activities and deployments✅ Configure Windows devices, hardware, and peripherals✅ Perform Level 2 technical support and troubleshooting✅ Validate network connectivity and system readiness✅ Work closely with field installers, IT teams, and stakeholders✅ Maintain deployment documentation and support tickets✅ Escalate complex issues to Level 3 support when requiredRequired Skills:✔️ Level 2 IT Support / Technical Coordinator / Deployment Engineer experience✔️ Strong Windows, networking, and endpoint configuration knowledge✔️ Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder management skills✔️ Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools✔️ Ability to manage multiple site deployments simultaneously⭐ Experience supporting large-scale multi-site environments and retail/hospitality technology deployments will be highly regarded.If you're interested or know someone who would be a great fit, please send your updated CV to rajneesh.chima@nityo.com.
