Guests can dine in or order delivery through all major UAE platforms.Role Description The Information Technology Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This role is responsible for providing first-line technical and help desk support to restaurant and office staff, ensuring hardware, software, and networks operate reliably during daily operations. The specialist will handle troubleshooting of desktop computers and point-of-sale systems, resolve user incidents, and escalate complex issues when needed. Day-to-day tasks include installing and configuring devices, managing user accounts and access, maintaining asset inventories, and documenting support requests and resolutions. The role also supports IT security best practices, assists with system upgrades and deployments, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and enhance overall technology performance.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Technical Support and Help Desk Support skills to assist end users effectively and manage incident resolution.Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Desktop Computers skills to diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues efficiently.Candidates should possess a foundational understanding of Information Technology, including operating systems, basic networking, and common business applications.Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.Candidates should possess strong customer service orientation, time management, and organizational skills for a fast-paced hospitality environment.Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation) or a diploma/degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field are beneficial.Experience supporting POS systems, restaurant operations technology, or multi-site environments is an advantage.Ability to work on-site in Dubai, occasionally outside standard hours, and collaborate with diverse teams across the region.
