Core Responsibilities:Enroll, configure, and manage endpoint devices using platforms like Microsoft Intune or VMware Workspace ONE.Enforce corporate security policies, compliance rules, and remote data wipes for lost devices.Troubleshoot hardware, OS (iOS, Android, Windows), and application connectivity issues.Deploy automated software updates and app packages.Key Requirements:1 to 3+ years in IT support or endpoint device administration.Familiarity with major mobile operating systems and cloud admin consoles.Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.
