Information Technology Support Technician

IT Support / Infrastructure EngineerWe’re supporting a growing technology-driven organisation looking to strengthen its internal IT function with an experienced support engineer who enjoys solving problems and taking ownership.This role would suit someone with a background across 1st/2nd line support who is keen to further develop infrastructure and systems expertise within a collaborative environment.Exposure to:

• Microsoft environments & cloud technologies
• Networking & endpoint management
• Virtualisation and infrastructure support
• Service desk & incident management
• Modern workplace technologiesWe’re looking for someone who:✔Has a proven track record of Desktop Support (setting up laptops, troubleshooting issues, Wi-Fi Support,✔CompTIA certification is desirable but not essential✔ Strong Microsoft experience✔Able to get security clearedThe environment offers a strong mix of hands-on support, project exposure, and progression into broader infrastructure responsibilities.This role is ONSITE 5 days a week.Due to the nature of the work, candidates who are on a visa or require sponsorship are unable to be considered for this role.For more information, or to apply, please contact Kieran Wilson
