Apply & track with Apply EdgeKey ResponsibilitiesSupport and maintain desktop and laptop computers, printers, scanners and approved peripherals.Install and configure new devices; install and update operating systems and approved software.Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on devices and peripheral equipment.Provide daily technical support to users and resolve basic hardware, software and printer faults.Prepare and configure user devices in line with SRTA standards and policies.Make regular visits to SRTA external offices to assess technical needs and resolve tickets within support scope.Log and track support tickets, document actions taken, and escalate advanced issues to Level 2.Provide basic support for user connectivity issues, coordinating with network and systems teams as needed.Prepare or update user guides and technical instructions for systems and off-the-shelf applications.Train and guide users on basic use of operating systems and approved applications.Perform any other related technical support duties assigned by the direct manager.Technical SkillsWindows client OS installation, configuration and troubleshootingMicrosoft Office / Outlook end-user supportPrinter, scanner and peripheral setup and troubleshootingBasic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity, IP configuration)Ticketing / service desk tools and ITIL-style incident handlingStrong customer service and communication skills in Arabic and EnglishMandatory RequirementsBachelor’s degree (mandatory)Minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experienceArabic proficiency (mandatory)Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory) – role involves travel between SRTA sitesPreferred / AdvantageProfessional certifications, e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop / Endpoint Administrator, ITIL FoundationPrevious experience supporting a UAE government entityAdditional hands-on practical experience beyond the minimum
