The ideal candidate can troubleshoot effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users, and actively seek ways to optimize our technology and business workflows.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure & Systems Administration: Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, and network environments (switches, routers, firewalls).Hardware & Equipment Lifecycle: Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain servers, networking infrastructure, firewalls, workstations, peripherals, and printers.Security & Continuity: Monitor and maintain backup and recovery processes, endpoint protection, and cybersecurity solutions; assist with infrastructure design, redundancy, and disaster recovery planning.User Support & Onboarding: Provide Tier 1/2 hardware and software support to local and remote users (troubleshooting apps, systems, networking, user access, mobile devices); manage onboarding provisioning and access control.ERP & Operational Systems: Provide Tier 1 NetSuite support (user access, permissions, basic troubleshooting); support Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), RF scanners, and EDI connectivity.Automation & Modernization: Assist with the design, configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate) and administrative scripting.Physical Security & Facilities: Maintain and support physical access control systems, including key FOB administration.Asset & Documentation Management: Maintain accurate IT hardware/software asset inventories; create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and technical documentation.Operational Continuity: Provide after-hours support as required to maintain continuous business and production operations.What You Bring (Qualifications)Education: College or university degree/diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in systems administration, network administration, or technical support in a multi-site environment.Core Technical Knowledge: Proven experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware ESXi / Hyper-V, and Microsoft 365 administration.Enterprise Applications: Experience with NetSuite (or comparable ERP platforms); exposure to WMS, EDI, and manufacturing/distribution environments is a strong asset.Automation & Scripting: Working knowledge of PowerShell and/or Python; interest in leveraging AI/LLM tools (e.g., Claude, n8n, Replit) to optimize scripting and administrative workflows.Power Platform: Hands-on exposure to Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate is an asset.Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, exceptional organization, clear communication across all business levels, and a solution-focused mindset under pressure.Language: French/English bilingualism is considered a strong asset.Physical & Environmental RequirementsRole is primarily based in a hybrid office environment, with approximately 15% of time spent visiting satellite facilities/production floors.Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, kneel, and safely lift/move IT equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.What You Can Expect From MultyComprehensive Benefits: Fully paid health, dental, and medical benefits coverage (following standard eligibility).Retirement Planning: Company retirement savings program with employer matching opportunities.Work-Life Balance: Generous paid vacation entitlement.Growth & Impact: Opportunities for ongoing learning, technical certifications, and direct involvement in high-impact technology modernization projects.Purpose-Driven Culture: The opportunity to contribute to an industry leader in sustainability and circular manufacturing.Accessibility & Equal OpportunityMulty is committed to providing an inclusive workplace where all qualified individuals have an equal opportunity to succeed.
