Key Responsibilities

System Operations SupportParticipate in the launch and iteration of ERP, WMS, and other systems for the Thailand warehouse.Conduct on-site validation and collect and organize feedback from local employees.Follow up on system issues and drive issue closure by coordinating with China-based product and R&D resources.User Training & EnablementTrain and guide local Thai warehouse employees, including warehouse and quality inspection staff, on system operations.Prepare user manuals and provide on-site coaching.Participate in developing localized system operation standards and SOPs to ensure alignment between business processes and system functionality.Office IT SupportResponsible for the setup and maintenance of office desktop infrastructure and basic IT systems.Respond quickly to user issues related to hardware, software, peripherals, networks, and other IT matters.Develop and maintain office IT knowledge documentation, desktop standards, and improve IT support efficiency.

Requirements

Education & Experience:Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, E-commerce, or a related field.2+ years of experience in product operations, IT support, or a related role for Manufacturing company.Language Ability:Fluent spoken Chinese, English, or Thai, with the ability to communicate smoothly with local Thai employees and China-based teams (able to speak at least 2 out of 3 language).Professional Skills:Familiar with enterprise systems such as ERP and WMS, including system operation and maintenance.Familiar with Windows, Office 365, file systems, WPS, VPN, and related desktop tools.Able to assess computer performance and use analysis tools such as process analysis and packet capture tools.Capable of routine computer installation, maintenance, and repair.Good knowledge of networking, with experience in office network and IDC network design and implementation.Familiar with TCP/IP, VLAN, and related network protocols.Familiar with Huawei, H3C, and similar network equipment configuration.Understanding of firewall hardening methods.Proficient in troubleshooting and monitoring tools such as Wireshark and Zabbix.Strong user issue-solving and management skills, with a high sense of responsibility and strong execution capability.Microsoft or network technology certifications are preferred.Other Requirements:Strong independent problem-solving ability.Good cross-functional communication and coordination skills.Salary Range: 65,000 – 85,000 THB
