Department: Digital TransformationSSEM is looking for a skilled IT Support professional to join our Digital Transformation team and provide reliable technical support across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first- and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, IP phones, and other IT equipment.Manage and support Windows OS, business applications, and user accounts.Configure new systems, domains, MFA, antivirus, security policies, and remote access.Manage user accounts and permissions through Active Directory.Support wired/wireless networks, printers, and internet connectivity.Maintain IT assets, documentation, backups, and recovery processes.Apply security patches and support cybersecurity policies.Assist with IT projects, rollouts, migrations, onboarding, and office moves.If you have a strong technical background, excellent troubleshooting skills, and a service-oriented mindset, we’d like to hear from you.
