The environment encourages continuous learning and professional growth for both trainers and participants.Role Description The Information Technology Trainer will deliver structured, classroom-based SAP and IT training sessions to learners at various skill levels in an on-site setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role involves planning and updating lesson plans, creating learning materials, and using e-learning tools to support interactive and practical instruction. The trainer will conduct assessments, provide constructive feedback, and track learner progress to ensure they meet industry benchmarks. Daily responsibilities include demonstrating Windows and SAP-related concepts, resolving learner queries, and collaborating with the team to improve training content and methodologies. The role also includes staying updated with current SAP S/4HANA and IT trends to keep course content relevant and effective.Qualifications Strong foundation in Information Technology concepts and systems.Hands-on experience with E-Learning platforms and digital training tools.Proficiency in Windows operating systems and related productivity tools.Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.Ability to translate complex technical topics into clear, practical learning content.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications in SAP or IT training are an advantage.Experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP modules along with Java, Python, Data Science, Oracle, Advance Excel, SQL and Power BI. Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability and a commitment to inclusive, learner-centered teaching.
