Infosec Analyst DPDP

Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance Guidance:Advise organisation on the application of privacy laws and data protection regulations.Provide ongoing analysis of regulatory changes and assess their impact on our business operations.Data Privacy Assessments:Conduct data privacy impact assessments (DPIAs) and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential privacy risks in new projects or existing operations.Prepare ROPA (Records of Processing Activities) and maintain PDI (Personal Data Inventory)Perform audits of data processing activities and assist with the creation of data flow maps and documentation.Policy and Procedure Development:Develop, review, and implement data protection policies, procedures, and practices in line with applicable regulations.Assist teams with drafting and reviewing contracts, including data processing agreements, third-party contracts, and vendor management.Training and Awareness:Develop and deliver data privacy and security training for employees at various levels of the organization.Create materials to increase organizational awareness of data privacy and security best practices.Ongoing Monitoring and Reporting:Continuously monitor data privacy risks and compliance status, offering clients updates and recommendations for improvements.Prepare and deliver regular reports for senior leadership and clients regarding privacy compliance and risk management status.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with internal stakeholders, legal teams, IT, and other departments to ensure data privacy is integrated across business processes.Serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding data privacy concerns.
