We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & IT Operations Manager to support the operation, modernization, and reliability of our enterprise technology environment and contribute to cloud and digital transformation initiatives. The role covers on-premises and cloud infrastructure, networks, Microsoft 365, identity, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery, and IT service management.المسؤوليات الرئيسية | Key Responsibilities :إدارة وتشغيل وتطوير مراكز البيانات، الخوادم، التخزين، الأنظمة الافتراضية والبنية التحتية المحلية وضمان استمراريتها وجاهزيتها.إدارة ودعم البيئات السحابية والهجينة بما يشمل Azure وGCP، ودعم مشاريع الانتقال للسحابة والتقنيات Cloud-Native.إدارة ودعم Microsoft 365 وActive Directory وMicrosoft Entra ID وخدمات الهوية وSSO وعمليات نقل النطاقات والحسابات والأجهزة.تشغيل وتحسين الشبكات والاتصالات وLAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VLAN/Internet ودعم حلول VPN وProxy وZTNA وNAC وSD-WAN بالتنسيق مع الأمن السيبراني.مراقبة أداء وتوافر البنية التحتية بشكل استباقي باستخدام PRTG أو الأنظمة المماثلة ومعالجة مشاكل الأداء والسعة.إدارة النسخ الاحتياطي والتعافي من الكوارث (Backup & DR)، وتنفيذ اختبارات الاستعادة وDR والتحقق من متطلبات RTO/RPO.إدارة الحوادث والمشكلات والتغييرات وإجراء Root Cause Analysis (RCA) وفق ممارسات ITIL ومن خلال أنظمة ITSM.تطبيق متطلبات التحديثات، Hardening ومعالجة الثغرات والامتثال بالتنسيق مع فريق الأمن السيبراني.توفير البنية التحتية والتكامل والجاهزية التشغيلية اللازمة لأنظمة ERP والمنصات الرقمية والتطبيقات المؤسسية وAPIs.أتمتة المهام التشغيلية وتحسين الأداء والاعتمادية والاستفادة من Infrastructure Automation / Infrastructure-as-Code عند الحاجة.إدارة ومتابعة الموردين ومقدمي الخدمات وSLAs ومراجعة الحلول والتصاميم والمخرجات الفنية.المحافظة على التوثيق الفني، مخططات البنية التحتية والشبكات، CMDB، إجراءات التشغيل وRunbooks وتحديثها بشكل مستمر.المشاركة في مشاريع التحول الرقمي وتحديث البنية التحتية والسحابة والهوية والاتصالات وضمان الانتقال السلس من المشاريع إلى التشغيل. :Manage and optimize data center, servers, storage, virtualization, and on-premises infrastructure, ensuring high availability and reliability.Administer and support cloud and hybrid environments, including Azure and GCP, and contribute to cloud migration and cloud-native initiatives.Manage and support Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, and identity services, including domain, account, and device migrations.Operate and optimize LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/VLAN/Internet connectivity and support VPN, Proxy, ZTNA, NAC, and SD-WAN solutions in coordination with Cybersecurity.Proactively monitor infrastructure availability, capacity, and performance using PRTG or equivalent platforms.Manage Backup & Disaster Recovery, including restore testing, DR exercises, and compliance with defined RTO/RPO requirements.Support Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Management, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and drive preventive actions in line with ITIL practices.Implement approved patching, hardening, vulnerability remediation, and compliance requirements in coordination with Cybersecurity.Provide infrastructure, integration, and operational readiness for ERP, enterprise applications, digital platforms, and API integrations.Identify and implement infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code opportunities to improve operational efficiency.Manage technical coordination with vendors, service providers, and SLAs, including technical solution and deliverable reviews.Maintain accurate technical documentation, architecture and network diagrams, CMDB, SOPs, and operational runbooks.Contribute to digital transformation, cloud, infrastructure modernization, identity, and connectivity projects, ensuring successful transition into production operations.المؤهلات | Qualificationsدبلوم او بكالوريوس في تقنية المعلومات، علوم الحاسب، هندسة الحاسب أو تخصص ذي صلة . Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.خبرة عملية في البنية التحتية، الأنظمة السحابية، الشبكات وتشغيل تقنية المعلومات. Hands-on experience in enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, and IT operations.معرفة قوية بتقنيات Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Virtualization, Networking, Backup & DR.فهم جيد لممارسات ITIL، ITSM، Incident, Problem & Change Management.مهارات قوية في Troubleshooting, RCA, Automation, Documentation, Vendor & SLA Management.تعتبر شهادات Microsoft, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware, Cisco, ITIL أو Veeam ميزة إضافية.
