🚀 Hiring: Infrastructure & Modern Workplace Engineer📍 Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE🏢 Work Setup: Onsite/HybridWe’re looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Modern Workplace Engineer to support enterprise Microsoft 365, identity, endpoint, and Windows Server environments.Key Responsibilities:• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 – Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive• Support Active Directory & Microsoft Entra ID, including MFA, authentication and access issues• Provide L2/L3 escalation support across Windows and macOS environments• Support Intune & Jamf endpoint management• Manage Windows Server administration, patching & vulnerability remediation• Troubleshoot infrastructure incidents and contribute to root cause analysis• Automate operational activities using PowerShell• Provide basic operational support across Linux & Microsoft SQL ServerWhat We’re Looking For:✅ 5+ years of hands-on enterprise infrastructure / Modern Workplace experience✅ Strong Microsoft 365, AD & Entra ID administration✅ Windows Server and endpoint management experience✅ Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills✅ Experience working as an escalation point above Service Desk✅ Knowledge of ITSM, change control and security-conscious administrationHighly Desirable:Intune | Jamf | Azure | Hybrid Identity | PowerShell | ServiceNow | Linux | SQL ServerIf you have strong hands-on experience across Microsoft Modern Workplace and enterprise infrastructure and are interested in an opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, I’d be happy to connect.
