Infrastructure & Security Manager

We are looking for an Infrastructure & Security Manager to lead the governance, resilience, and security posture of enterprise IT environments across hybrid infrastructure landscapes.This role is critical in ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure operations across:• Corporate network architecture• On-premise data centre environments• Hybrid cloud platforms• Enterprise cybersecurity controlsThe position acts as the key governance authority overseeing infrastructure operations delivered through Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Security Operations Centres (SOC), and specialized third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards and cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and CIS Controls.Key focus areas include:• Infrastructure strategy and architecture governance• Security risk management and compliance alignment• Vendor technical governance and SLA performance management• Identity & access governance (RBAC, MFA, privileged access)• Business continuity and disaster recovery resilience• Incident response coordination across internal and external providersWe are seeking a professional with strong experience in enterprise infrastructure environments including Active Directory, virtualization platforms (VMware / Hyper-V), networking, and hybrid cloud ecosystems, combined with the ability to translate technical risk into business impact.This role plays a key part in strengthening operational resilience, cybersecurity maturity, and infrastructure scalability to support business growth.#CyberSecurity #Infrastructure #ITLeadership #CloudComputing #InformationSecurity #NIST #ISO27001 #ITGovernance #HybridCloud #TechnologyLeadership
