Infrastructure Cloud ArchitectA leading law firm is looking for a senior Infrastructure Cloud Architect to help lead a major Azure-first hybrid infrastructure transformation.This is a hands-on infrastructure architecture role, focused on Azure, networking, security, compute, storage, virtualization, resiliency, and hybrid infrastructure — not application architecture or DevOps. You’ll provide architectural direction while remaining close enough to the technology to design, build, implement, troubleshoot, and support solutions.What You’ll DoDesign and implement Azure and hybrid-cloud infrastructure solutionsDevelop infrastructure standards, architecture patterns, roadmaps, and technical designsWork across Azure networking, VNets, routing, DNS, ExpressRoute, private endpoints, firewalls, load balancing, and segmentationArchitect compute, storage, virtualization, security, identity, and resiliency solutionsSupport the law firm’s transition from legacy data centers toward Azure IaaS and new colocation environmentsTroubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and serve as a senior technical escalation pointDevelop architecture diagrams and Infrastructure as CodePartner with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams on large-scale initiativesWhat We’re Looking For10+ years of infrastructure engineering, architecture, or enterprise technology experienceDeep hands-on Microsoft Azure infrastructure experienceStrong hybrid Azure/on-premises experienceSolid networking and security fundamentalsExperience with compute, storage, virtualization, identity, RBAC, and governanceInfrastructure as Code experienceStrong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skillsAbility to communicate architectural decisions to technical and business leadershipSomeone who can still personally design, build, configure, implement, and troubleshoot infrastructureThe Hands-On Piece MattersThis is not a role for an architect who has moved entirely into strategy or oversight. During the first year, the role will be approximately 60% architecture/strategy and 40% hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and operational support.We’re particularly interested in senior infrastructure engineers ready to move into architecture and infrastructure/cloud architects who have remained hands-on.Target backgrounds include Senior/Lead/Principal Infrastructure Engineer, Azure Infrastructure Engineer, Infrastructure Architect, Azure Infrastructure Architect, and Hybrid Cloud Architect.If this is sounding like a good fit, apply now!
