Infrastructure Lead

Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Lead to lead the design, operation, optimization, and transformation of enterprise network and data center infrastructure.The successful candidate will have extensive hands-on and leadership experience in mission-critical network environments, Cisco technologies, data center architecture, service provider networks, and next-generation security solutions.Key Responsibilities* Lead the design, implementation, operation, and optimization of enterprise network and data center infrastructure.* Define network architecture, technical standards, and infrastructure roadmaps.* Design and manage Cisco ACI Fabric environments.* Lead large-scale network transformation and mission-critical infrastructure projects.* Manage Internet Edge, IPVPN, WAN, and Service Provider Networks.* Design and manage highly available and resilient network environments.* Implement and manage Next-Generation Firewalls (NGFW) and network security solutions.* Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 network support functions and technical escalation processes.* Manage vendors, technology partners, and infrastructure service providers.* Ensure network scalability, availability, performance, security, and business continuity.* Develop network infrastructure capable of supporting high-performance and AI-ready workloads.* Lead incident resolution, root cause analysis, capacity planning, and infrastructure improvements.Minimum Qualifications* Minimum 20 years of hands-on experience in network infrastructure and enterprise networking.* Active CCIE certification is required.* Dual CCIE certification is highly preferred.* Extensive experience in designing and operating enterprise and data center networks.* Strong hands-on experience with Cisco ACI.* Extensive experience with WAN, IPVPN, Internet Edge, and Service Provider Networks.* Strong knowledge of Next-Generation Firewalls and network security.* Proven experience leading technical teams and large-scale infrastructure projects.* Experience working within highly available, mission-critical production environments.
