Infrastructure Lead – Linux

TMC Middle East is looking for an Infrastructure Lead – Linux to join a leading digital banking and fintech company in Saudi Arabia. If you thrive in complex, regulated infrastructure settings and love building resilience at scale, we want to hear from you.𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: KSA𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁 𝗧𝘆𝗽𝗲: Full-Time𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: Strictly Onsite𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀- Design and maintain automated CI/CD deployment pipelines across SIT, UAT, Regression, Production, and DR environments.- Lead Linux automation initiatives using Ansible, Terraform, or equivalent IaC tools across RHEL-based infrastructure at scale.- Own full lifecycle management of the application stack — WSO2 API Gateway, WSO2 IAM, Apache Camel, Redis, and ELK — with accountability for 99.9%+ uptime SLAs.- Drive operational resilience through 24/7 critical issue support, DR exercises, and backup validation aligned to RTO/RPO targets.- Enforce security and compliance standards including RBAC, data encryption, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, with vulnerability remediation within a 30-day patching cycle.𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀- 8–12 years of hands-on Linux systems engineering and enterprise infrastructure operations experience.- Expert proficiency in Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef, with strong scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Perl.- Deep RHEL administration expertise including kernel tuning, security hardening, and performance optimization.- Proven experience with WSO2, Apache Camel, Redis, ELK, and Kubernetes in production environments.- RHCE certification is mandatory; CKA is a strong advantage.This role is strictly onsite in Al Khobar.
