Infrastructure Lead Operation

ResponsibilitiesLead Infrastructure Maintenance & Managed Services operations.Coordinate teams across Servers, Virtualization, Networks, Security, Storage, Backup, and Monitoring.Lead technical escalation for major and critical incidents.Drive incident, problem, and root-cause resolution.Coordinate maintenance, patching, upgrades, migrations, and major changes.Monitor infrastructure availability, performance, capacity, and SLA compliance.Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders.Support disaster recovery, service restoration, and critical incidents.Ensure technical documentation, procedures, and knowledge transfer are maintained.Drive continuous improvement and infrastructure lifecycle activities.RequirementsBSc. degree in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, or related field.8+Yrs of experience in IT Infrastructure & Operations, preferably in large Managed Services environments.Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux, VMware, LAN/WAN, Network Security, Storage, Backup, DR, and Monitoring.Strong troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis skills.Good understanding of ITIL – Incident, Problem, Change & Release Management.Experience leading multiple technical teams and vendors.Strong communication skills in English & Arabic.Willingness to work onsite in Riyadh and participate in on-call support when required.
