Infrastructure Manager

We're looking for an experienced Infrastructure Manager to oversee infrastructure and facility operations across multiple locations in Chennai.Key Requirements:4–7 years of facility/infrastructure management experience.Experience managing 2 or more locations simultaneously.Strong vendor management skills (AMC, Security & Housekeeping).Hands-on experience in office fit-outs and renovation projects.Working knowledge of Electrical, Civil & HVAC systems.Ability to coordinate daily on-site operations across locations.Good to Have:Experience managing company guest houses or residential facilities.Manufacturing + corporate office facility management experience.Knowledge of Tamil Nadu building regulations, fire safety norms & Factories Act.Experience with Fire NOCs, EB approvals & trade licenses.Diploma/B.E.
