Akkodis is seeking a Infrastructure Operations Support for a Fulltime position with a client located in New York, NY.Salary Range: $110,000 to $140,000/ Year(The salary may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)Title: Infrastructure Operations Support

Location: New York, NY ( Hybrid – 3 Days Onsite per Week) Role Overview: We are seeking an Infrastructure Operations Support specialist to keep our end-user computing environment running smoothly.

This person is the hands-on owner of the devices, applications, and access that our employees depend on every day - from building and enrolling a new laptop, to resolving a Teams or printer issue, to making sure a new hire is fully productive on day one.Required / Core Skills2–5 years of experience in IT support, desktop support, or an infrastructure/end-user computing operations role.Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops and laptops, including hardware replacement and OS-level diagnostics.Practical support experience with Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Teams.Experience supporting printers and standard peripherals in a business environment.Hands-on experience enrolling and managing devices in Microsoft Intune.Experience with software installation, packaging or deployment, and patch management.Experience setting up workstations and standard user hardware to a defined build standard.Demonstrated experience supporting user onboarding and offboarding.Familiarity with Active Directory and/or Entra ID concepts: users, groups, password resets, and group membership.Familiarity with Entra ID, Intune, and Microsoft Purview.Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical colleagues.Ability to work on-site, prioritize competing requests, and handle time-sensitive issues calmly.Preferred / Nice to HaveMicrosoft certifications such as MD-102 (Endpoint Administrator), MS-900, or AZ-900.Scripting for routine automation (PowerShell).Experience with a ticketing/ITSM platform (ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, Freshservice, or similar).Exposure to endpoint security tooling such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and to BitLocker or disk-encryption management.Basic networking knowledge: Zero Trust Exchange (Zscaler), DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and Linux.Experience in a regulated or financial services environment.Benefits include but are not limited to:Medical/Dental/Vision401KPTO/Paid HolidaysTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please visit https://www.akkodis.com/en/privacy-policy.The Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements, including, as applicable:· The California Fair Chance Act· Los Angeles City Fair Chance Ordinance· Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers· San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance
